Online monitoring and effectiveness evaluation of atomized particles added to cigarette leaves

In order to solve the problem of the lack of effective observation and tracking methods for the atomization state and atomization effect in the closed drum of industrial production, and the absence of optimization and control methods based on digital perception, an innovative high-speed camera vision system was designed to online observe the atomized particles of the feed in complex industrial production environments. The video of the atomized particles of the feed liquid was collected from a closed drum. particles of the feed liquid was collected in the high-temperature and high humidity drum, and the machine vision technology was used to filter and denoise, eliminate interference, extract particle information, calculate the feeding uniformity using grid counting method, and evaluate the atomization effect through coefficient of variation to achieve quantitative analysis of the feeding effect. Finally, after comparison with the Finally, after comparison with the propylene glycol content detection method (industry standard), it was proved that the established monitoring and quantitative evaluation method for Finally, after comparison with the propylene glycol content detection method (industry standard), it was proven that the established monitoring and quantitative evaluation method for the atomization effect of the feed liquid was reliable and effective.
