Offshore monopile inclination measurement method based on binocular vision
Monopile foundation is one of the important foundations of offshore wind power exploitation, and monopile inclination measurement during offshore construction is the important technology to ensure the safe production of monopile foundation. The used measurement methods commonly, such as total station observation, laser vertical collimator observation, steel wire hanging method and laser leveling instrument observation, have the disadvantages of high operation risk factor, low automation process and low measurement efficiency. Comparatively, binocular vision technology has the advantage of real-time non-contact measurement. In this paper, a method of using binocular vision combining attitude sensors to measure the inclination of offshore monopiles is proposed, and accurate geometric conversion relationship between binocular vision measurement system and offshore monopiles inclination has been established, and a monopile inclination measurement experiments during the offshore construction was carried out. The results show that most data can be controlled within deviation of 2‰ of verticality for the monopile construction, which is of great significance for the realization of online automatic and real-time monitoring of inclination measurement during offshore monopile construction.
