Implementation of Power optimized Adiabatic Logic of Full adder circuit

Energy-efficient designs are necessary for modern digital circuits, and adiabatic logic offers a workable answer by lowering power consumption using energy recovery methods. In order to minimize energy loss during charging and discharging, this research seeks to develop a power-optimized full adder cell with adiabatic logic. Adiabatic logic is appropriate for low power VLSI applications and increases power efficiency by recycling a significant portion of the wasted energy. A crucial part of arithmetic processes is the full adder, and improving circuit performance requires reducing its power consumption. In order to regulate circuit node transitions and reduce energy dissipation, this project explores a number of adiabatic logic techniques, such as quasi-static adiabatic logic and adiabatic domino logic. Developing a reliable and effective adiabatic full adder while guaranteeing compatibility with common digital systems is one of the main challenges. Transistor scaling, gate-level design, and thorough simulations are used in the implementation to balance speed, area, and power efficiency. This research aims to contribute to energy-conscious digital design by developing a highly efficient full adder employing adiabatic logic concepts.
