Brain Tumor Detection Using Deep Learning Techniques

One crucial medical imaging task that has a big influence on patient outcomes is the detection of brain tumors. In order to increase treatment success rates and patient survival, an accurate and timely diagnosis is essential. convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), a type of deep learning technique, have shown remarkable success in automated tumor classification using MRI scans in recent years. These programs can accurately identify malignancies and lessen radiologists burden by effectively analyzing vast amounts of medical pictures. With an emphasis on crucial elements including data preprocessing, model selection, and assessment metrics, this work offers a thorough method for deep learning-based brain tumor identification. By automating the tumor detection process, this method can assist medical professionals in making faster and more accurate diagnoses, ultimately improving patient care. The proposed technique serves as a promising tool for real-world medical applications, reducing diagnostic errors and enhancing efficiency in clinical settings. Future research may focus on expanding the dataset, improving model generalization, and integrating explainability techniques to enhance trust in AI-assisted medical decisions.
