Repurposing the anthelmintic drug mebendazole in combination with radiation therapy in an isocitrate dehydrogenase mutant glioma model
Mebendazole plus RT increased apoptosis and provided a survival benefit in the IDH-mutant mouse model, supporting future clinical testing.
