Analysis of Liquefied Hydrocarbon Gas (LPG) Evaporators and Selection of Optimal Devices for Gas Holders in the Village of Bol'shoye Goloustnoye, Irkutsk Region, Considering Climatic Conditions
This research addresses the critical challenge of ensuring reliable and efficient gas supply to private households in the extreme low-temperature conditions of Bolshoe Goloustnoe, Irkutsk Region. The focus is on optimizing the selection of LPG vaporizers for gas storage tanks (gas holders), which are a key component of autonomous systems. The study considers various types of vaporizers, including electric, liquid-heated, and atmospheric, taking into account their performance, energy efficiency, and cold-temperature resistance. A key aspect of this research is the detailed analysis of meteorological data, considering not only average statistics but also extreme temperature fluctuations that can significantly impact the LPG vaporization process. Based on the data obtained, a methodology for vaporizer selection has been developed, which accounts for the specific climate of Bolshoe Goloustnoe and ensures a stable gas supply even during periods of maximum frost. The results of this research include specific recommendations for selecting the optimal vaporizer type for various LPG consumption volumes, as well as guidance on installation and operation aimed at enhancing the reliability and safety of gas systems in harsh climates. The proposed solutions minimize the risks associated with LPG freezing and pressure drops in the system, ensuring comfortable and uninterrupted gas supply for the residents of Bolshoe Goloustnoe.
