NATIONAL PROJECT «PERSONNEL». IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL PROJECT IN THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH OSSETIA-ALANIA

This article discusses the structure of the national project, its relevance, the reasons for the development of the national project and ways to solve the personnel shortage in Russia and, in particular, in North Ossetia-Alania. The paper presents the results of sociological research revealing a shortage of workers in the territory of North Ossetia-Alania. Particular attention is paid to the role of the state and public organizations in the implementation of project initiatives. Based on the data collected, recommendations are formulated for optimizing existing programs and developing new strategies aimed at strengthening the institution of the family and improving the quality of life of citizens. The work can be useful to researchers, policymakers and specialists in the field of social work.
