TRANSFORMATION OF MEGA-REGIONAL TRADE AGREEMENTS IN MODERN GEO-ECONOMIC CONDITIONS: IMPLICATIONS FOR INNOVATION

The purpose of the study is to identify institutional mechanisms for integrating innovative solutions into the structure of mega–regional trade agreements in the context of the transformation of global economic relations. The research materials include scientific papers in the field of the global economy, as well as texts of new-generation agreements regulating digital commerce, data protection, algorithmic regulation and cross-border technology transfer. The paper uses methods of comparative analysis, logical reconstruction of institutional decisions, as well as deductive model design. Research result: a model for optimizing the integration of innovations into the structure of mega-regional trade agreements has been formulated, taking into account the impact of geo-economic fragmentation and differences in institutional structures. Conclusions: a) innovative elements enhance the asymmetry of agreements and complicate the universalization of the legal regime; b) the institutionalization of innovation depends on the level of digital maturity of countries; c) to achieve a consistent architecture requires the introduction of procedures for adaptive comparison of national and supranational norms, as well as regular adaptation of regulations.
