ASSESSMENT OF BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS: A MODEL OF A SYNTHESIZED INVESTMENT BONUS
The article proposes a model of a synthesized investment bonus that allows transforming the behavior of short-term business project management instruments into a continuous time series, providing the ability to apply various analysis methods. The use of expectations theory and liquidity theory allows constructing a forecast index close to the real price of the instrument at each point in time. Using linear regression and technical indicators (in particular, the MACD indicator), an analysis of arbitrage opportunities and the behavior of various market participants is performed. Testing of the model in the Elbonus electronic system, which is part of the information environment in the business project management system, including an analytical system for implementing and testing forecast scenarios, and its application in the Elmedlife medical project demonstrate the effectiveness of the model in managing business projects using digital management tools, including in matters of strategic hedging.
