WAYS TO BALANCE SPIRITUAL VALUES AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY

The article examines ways to achieve a balance between spiritual values and economic efficiency. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the interdisciplinary approach integrating theological, ethical, sociological and managerial analysis of the problem, as well as in the development of a conceptual model for the application of adapted Lean principles to achieve a balance between the spiritual mission and economic sustainability of the Russian Orthodox Church. Practical mechanisms are proposed to increase the transparency of financial activities and involve the church community in management based on Lean tools, aimed at restoring the trust of the flock and society. It is substantiated that ethical lean management, focused on creating spiritual and social value, can become a tool for overcoming existing contradictions and strengthening the missio n of the Church in the modern world.
