A METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH TO A COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF DIGITALIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS

The purpose of the study is to develop a methodological approach for a comprehensive assessment of the level of digitalization of agricultural organizations. The paper proposes a system of parameters and indicators covering digital infrastructure, the use of digital production solutions, integration of IT systems, digital maturity of personnel and economic efficiency. The methodology is based on a multi-level analysis, including standardization of data, calculation of integral indicators using the method of additive criteria convolution and ranking of organizations by the level of digitalization. As a result, a classification of digital maturity based on the Harrington scale has been developed, which makes it possible to identify leaders and laggards in the digital transformation of the agricultural sector. Special attention is paid to the development of an evaluation algorithm that ensures reproducibility of results and resistance to data heterogeneity. The proposed approach is aimed at application in analytical systems of digitalization monitoring in real time. The work is of scientific and practical value for the formation of effective strategies for the digital development of the agro-indu strial complex.
