ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES AS A PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL IN CONSTRUCTION

Today, construction is one of the most labor-intensive and resource-intensive industries. Despite significant achievements, the industry still faces challenges such as schedule delays, over budget, and low productivity. Artificial intelligence and machine learning offer tools to solve these problems by optimizing processes, improving decision-making, and improving forecast accuracy. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of how these technologies are changing various aspects of the construction process, from design to operation, based on an analysis of the opportunities and trends in the development of this industry. The article discusses in detail the use of artificial intelligence in the field of construction project management. The importance of artificial intelligence as an integral component of project management in the construction industry is emphasized, pointing to its ability to automate, increase productivity and improve the quality of solutions. The possibilities and challenges of using artificial intelligence are considered, in particular, in the context of integrating artificial intelligence into project management in construction. The research is based on the analysis of data from both project developers and users of intelligent systems. The analysis of the results allowed us to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of using artificial intelligence in design, which makes it possible to optimize the use of all types of resources, such as materials, labor, and time, leading to cost reduction and improvement of the quality of the construction process.
