Conversational Payments on UPI Apps: A Pipeline Approach Leveraging ASR and NLP Techniques

We use many mobile apps in our day-to-day life that include payment apps like BHIM, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc. The key features we typically use in payment apps are sending money to individuals or merchants, checking account balance, viewing transaction history, and opening QR scanner. Nevertheless, manually navigating through the app interface can be quite tedious. Our AI-powered voice pipeline streamlines these navigation processes, enhancing user-friendliness across four Indian languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
