TIẾP CẬN MÔ HÌNH TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC TRONG DOANH NGHIỆP, NGHIÊN CỨU THỰC TIỄN TẠI TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC TRƯNG VƯƠNG

The university-in-enterprise model is a modern training trend aimed at strengthening the linkage between educational institutions and enterprises. This paper studies the application of this model in Vietnam, especially the practical implementation at Trung Vuong University. Through cooperative activities such as internship programs, designing training programs according to business needs and seminars, the university has significantly improved the quality of training and employment opportunities for students. The study uses qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods to evaluate the effectiveness and point out challenges in the implementation process. The results show that this model has potential in practice, contributing to improving the quality of human resources in Vietnam.
