Primer distal üretra kondiloma aküminatum olgusu

A 30-year-old male patient with a history of suspicious sexual intercourse 6 months ago applied to our clinic with hematuria and dysuria. Physical examination of the patient revealed papillary formations in the external urethral meatus. No pathological formation was detected in the bladder during cystoscopy, and the patient’s urethral lesion was excised. Microscopic examination revealed condyloma acuminata. When the literature is reviewed, different cases of urethral condyloma acuminata are reported. A physician who encounters urethral condyloma acuminata for the first time can easily confuse it with papillary urethral cancer. In addition to our case; the fact that our patient had no genital lesions, no history of urethral instrumentation, and only applied with a complaint of papillary lesions in the external urethral meatus makes our case interesting. Keywords: condylomata acuminata, urethra, HPV
