NAMED ENTITY RECOGNITION IN DIFFERENT DECLINATIONS

The paper examines the main approaches to recognizing named entities in natural language texts and the main problems that arise in solving this problem for the Russian language. Named entity recognition is used to determine whether various text fragments belong to certain classes in order to determine a further processing strategy depending on a particular class. As a result of the research, the strengths and weaknesses of various approaches to named entity recognition were identified, and the implementation and application of one of the methods in practice were shown.
