PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE MANAGERS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION FOR MONITORING ACTIVITIES IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article is devoted to the current problem of professional training of future managers (administrators) of preschool education for monitoring activities in the conditions of preschool education.It has been found that it is the methodologist and the head (director) of the preschool education institution who is responsible for the quality of upbringing and education of children of early and preschool age.It is also found that it is the professional competence of these specialists that largely determines the level of implementation of educational standards, the effectiveness of pedagogical influence and the formation of the foundations of a child's personal development.In this regard, the relevance of including the educational component "Monitoring the Quality of Preschool Education" in the content of professional training of applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty A2/012 Preschool Education of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is proved.The purpose, main tasks and program of the educational component are presented.The program includes theoretical training (lecture material), practical classes, independent work and individual research tasks.All theoretical and practical material of the discipline is organized into content modules.The list of methods of controlling the competencies of higher education students (oral questioning; test control; practical testing of knowledge in practical classes; checking of tasks of independent and individual work; rectorial computer testing; final test control; examination) is presented.
