This article focuses on the special group of “9 + 3” ethnic minority students in higher vocational colleges and deeply analyzes relevant issues regarding the cultivation of their digital literacy. By expounding on the connotation of digital literacy and the current situation of education, conducting research on the actual situation of students, digital literacy, analyzing influencing factors and existing problems, and combining the goals of vocational education, students growth needs, and the requirements of career development, a targeted cultivation path is constructed. The aim is to improve the digital literacy of this group and promote the development of vocational education and the enhancement of industrial capabilities in ethnic minority areas.
