Abstract

• This article aims to explore the real-time monitoring and regulation methods of indoor thermal energy environment in intelligent buildings • We adopted thermal energy environment evaluation technology • this article proposes a real-time thermal energy regulation strategy, including the design Real time monitoring and adjustment of indoor thermal environment can not only improve living comfort, but also significantly reduce energy consumption. This article aims to explore the real-time monitoring and regulation methods of indoor thermal energy environment in intelligent buildings based on the Internet of Things, and clarify the understanding of thermal microclimate and corresponding evaluation methods. We adopted thermal energy environment evaluation technology, deeply explored the characteristics of indoor thermal energy environment, and evaluated the effectiveness of different evaluation methods. Designed an intelligent building indoor real-time thermal environment monitoring system based on the Internet of Things, constructed the system architecture, and proposed effective indoor monitoring algorithms to determine the monitoring effect of the system through data analysis. In response to the actual needs of indoor thermal environment, this article proposes a real-time thermal energy regulation strategy, including the design, principles, and methods of the regulation module, and verifies the significance of the regulation effect through experiments. The research results indicate that the designed system can not only monitor indoor thermal environment in real time, but also effectively regulate indoor temperature, thereby improving the energy-saving effect of the building and the comfort of residents. This integrated approach optimizes operational efficiency and supports data-driven decision making for long-term building sustainability.
