ALGORITHM FOR USING SERVICE DESIGN TOOLS WITHIN IT PROJECTS, INCLUDING THOSE AIMED AT DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Today, the implementation of service design technologies is part of the Regional Social Standard, which is a set of measures aimed at improving the quality and level of accessibility of social services in the region. There is a wide range of tools and methods that can be used within the framework of service design. However, there is no single algorithm for the application of these tools, which confirms the relevance of this study. In this paper, a basic algorithm for the application of service design tools and methods for IT projects has been developed, including in the field of improving the public service system, interaction between the state and the population.
