The article examines the impact of digital technologies on models of managing labor relations and employment. The problem is becoming very relevant, since labor relations as part of economic relations penetrate almost all areas of the economy: service, production of goods, sale of goods, provision of services, management of organizations, etc. Therefore, in the conditions of the information society, all changes in the field of employment of the population are directly related to the level and quality of human life. The purpose of the article is to study the dynamic processes in the labor market under the influence of information technologies and the possibilities of managing them. The article also touches upon the problem of finding opportunities to increase labor productivity in accordance with new realities.
