DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS FOR MANAGING ECONOMIC PROCESSES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF IT PROJECTS IN INDUSTRY

The article considers theoretical and practical aspects of the development and implementation of intelligent systems for managing economic processes within the framework of IT projects in industry. Particular attention is paid to the architecture of the systems, integration with the existing IT infrastructure, as well as the economic effects of using artificial intelligence technologies, digital twins and fuzzy logic. An analysis of the impact of the implementation of intelligent solutions on the key financial and economic indicators of the enterprise is carried out: capital and operating costs (CapEx and OpEx), total cost of ownership (TCO), payback period, internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value (NPV). Based on the pilot project, the effectiveness of the proposed system in reducing costs, increasing the accuracy of forecasting and optimizing business processes is demonstrated. The presented results confirm the high importance of intelligent systems as a tool for digital transformation of industry and sustainable economic development.
