Investigating the Accuracy of Ultrasound Imaging in Measuring Fetal Weight in Comparison with the Actual Postpartum Weight
EFW using ultrasonography yields high compatibility with the actual BW. Despite the slight overestimation, ultrasonography provides high clinical value in obstetric assessment and subsequent management.
