Proposta de autorreconhecimento de cursos de graduação em Engenharia frente às novas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais

The changes proposed by the new National Curricula Guidelines for undergraduate studies in Engineering published in 2019 suggest significant changes for engineering education. It is necessary to understand how to implement them through strategies that provide real transformations and are consistent with the reality of each educational institution. This work presents a guide for the initial phases of change process and implementation of the new National Curricula Guidelines in the Engineering courses pedagogical design in a sequence of steps and recommendations. The steps are presented and exemplified in a case study in the Civil Engineering course at the State University of Santa Catarina. The results showed that the applied methodology was able to recognize particularities of the course, helping to design a new curriculum.
