Design of Robot System Integrated Simulation Platform Based on Automobile Intelligent Production Line--Taking the Automotive Roof Cover as an example

The application of industrial robot systems has become a core means of improving production efficiency and quality in intelligent production lines, with the rapid development of the automotive manufacturing industry towards intelligence and flexibility. It is designed that a simulation platform based on robot system integration, which covers the four key workstations of stamping, welding, spraying, and assembly in the intelligent production line of automobiles, and the composition and process flow of each workstation are analyzed in detail in this article. This platform provides a highly simulated operating environment for enterprise training, supporting employees to master equipment operation, process debugging, and fault handling skills in virtual scenes, which utilizes virtual simulation technology, combined with digital twin, motion planning, and logic control technology. The experimental results show that the platform can significantly reduce training costs, improve training rates, and provide data support for enterprise production line design, process optimization, and equipment maintenance. This study provides technical support for automotive manufacturing enterprises to achieve intelligent manufacturing and talent cultivation, and has important engineering application value.
