Implementing Human Emotion Detection using Customized CNN Model in Machine Learning
The progress of emotional recognition technology makes the merge of machine learning with facial expression real-time analysis essential for multiple applications between healthcare and human-computer interaction. The research builds upon present procedures through its creation of a united framework which unites powerful Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) with exact fuzzy logic precision. Our method applies Python in combination with TensorFlow and OpenCV tools to both detect and identify facial emotional expressions from seven fundamental categories covering happiness, surprise, anger, neutrality, sadness, fear and disgust. The main distinction of this system stems from its combination with fuzzy logic that tackles classification ambiguities through effective management of human emotional expression ambiguities. The refined system provides improved accuracy for interpreting human emotions thereby creating improved interfaces between machines and humans in crucial emotional recognition settings.
