Numerical Simulation of FTO/ZN/CH3NH3Pb(I1-XClX)3/PEDOT: PSS/Au Perovskite Solar Cell
In this paper we present a succinct numerical simulation report on high-performance CH<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>NH<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf>Pb(I<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1</inf>₋ₓClₓ)<inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3</inf> halide perovskite-based sol ar cells (PSCs) using SCAPS-1D tools.
