Design and Implementation of Charging Pile Controller Based on Embedded Linux

This paper designs and implements a tram charging control system based on embedded Linux. The system chooses Orangepi with embedded Linux as the core platform of the controller, integrates R50030G1 charging module, and completes the basic functions of charging control through hardware and software co-design. The hardware design integrates the main control board, communication module and communication interface, and the software design includes the analysis of the charging protocol-CAN protocol, the extraction, monitoring and transmission of real-time data. After the main control realizes the detection and data collection of the charging state, it will interact with the cloud through Http protocol. This series of operations verifies the feasibility and practicability of the charging controller based on the embedded Linux system. The research provides practical experience and reference for the subsequent intelligent design of charging pile.
