Performance Evaluation of Component-based Mobile Charging and Discharging Facilities Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Assessment

In recent years, the rapid development of new energy vehicles has been met with insufficient construction of charging stations, exacerbating regional and temporal charging supply and demand contradictions. Therefore, the operational reliability of component-based mobile charging and discharging facilities is crucial to resolving these issues. To this end, this paper, through analysis of existing national standards, has designed a method for evaluating the performance of component-based mobile charging and discharging facilities. To find the optimal weight distribution coefficient, this paper calculates the distribution coefficients for both subjective and objective weights using the Standard Deviation Method, and subsequently constructs a ridge-type affiliation function that aligns with the actual performance distribution of the facilities. By employing this method for performance evaluation, the results demonstrate consistency with actual operational conditions, thus proving its reliability and practicality.
