Unlocking the Potential of AdaBoost through In-Depth Study of its Efficiency in Electrical Fault Detection
Conventional approaches depend on intricate algorithms and thorough data preparation to identify faults. Adaboost classifiers provide a simpler yet more effective method for automatically identifying and classifying problems. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of an Adaboost Classifier in detecting and categorising electrical problems. An extensive range of errors can arise in electrical systems, posing a threat to the dependability and security of the entire infrastructure. The study use a dataset of electrical signals obtained from various failure scenarios, such as overloads, ground faults, short circuits, and others. Using this dataset, we can utilise the Adaboost Classifier to train a prediction model that can accurately detect and categorise various sorts of electrical faults. The study assesses the effectiveness of the model by analysing important metrics such as F1 score, recall, accuracy, and precision. The results indicate that the Adaboost Classifier is capable of adapting to different fault circumstances and effectively identifying and categorising electrical issues. The outcomes of this work considerably expand the understanding of the possible uses of Adaboost classifiers for fault detection in electrical systems. The usefulness of Adaboost classifiers is highlighted as a means to enhance the dependability and resilience of electricity distribution networks. The study's results have a significant impact on the enhancement of maintenance methods and the advancement of intelligent technology for real-time detection of electrical infrastructure issues.
