Smart Crop Predictor and Soil NPK Optimizer

Agriculture faces challenges like population growth, land loss, and climate change. Existing methods are inefficient, relying on imprecise techniques that degrade soil and reduce yields. This study proposes a machine learning-based web platform to optimize crop selection using soil NPK levels, environmental data, and historical trends, enhancing sustainability and efficiency. The system employs advanced machine learning models to predict suitable crops based on different soil and weather parameters, offers recommendations to optimize soil fertility in the form of effective fertilizer management, water management with temperature for perticular crop and integrates plant disease detection for early intervention. By focusing on data-driven insights this platform enables farmers to make on-ground decisions of fertilizer, water for specific crop of specific weather condition, thereby promoting sustainable agricultural practices. Additionally, the inclusion of a crop disease prediction module aids in minimizing losses, reducing dependency on chemical pesticides, and this all result in enhancing overall yield quality. This comprehensive solution not only supports efficient resource utilization but also aligns with long-term agricultural sustainability goals, directly benefiting farmers and addressing global food security concerns.
