Tera Hertz MIMO Antenna for Cutting-Edge Wireless Applications

6G wireless communications will have many uses in the future. All Satellites communications, Internet of Things (IoT) Services, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning are anticipated to be supported. An essential component of 6G communications is the THz frequency band. For this type of next-generation wireless communication, the planer terahertz MIMO antenna is appropriate. One of the main problems with THz antennas is their relatively high loss. MIMO and THz frequency combine to provide a notable gain and increased efficiency. Here, the suggested structure is made up of two radiating elements that have a 99.7% efficiency and a gain of 4.2dB. It is constructed on a polymide substrate having 0.004 as loss tangent and a 4.3 of dielectric constant. Maintaining isolation is the primary problem in a MIMO system.
