Blood Glucose Prediction from Nutrition Analytics using ML

The worldwide health problem of Diabetes demands new approaches to managed blood glucose effectively. A predictive instrument developed from machine learning technology produces blood glucose level projection through analysis of dietary consumption combined with individual physiological factors. The Gradient Boosting Regression algorithm enables the system to make blood glucose prediction through analysis of glycemic index with carbohydrate content plus protein and fiber while also accounting for type of diabetes and patient data points of age, weight and skin thickness. Through the use of this forecasting tool diabetic patients gain better capabilities to select proper diet options which lead to improved health outcomes. New innovations will add real-time monitoring capabilities to wearable tech devices which will improve the accuracy of personalized predictions.
