Research on the design of wireless power supply system for autonomous underwater vehicles

Aiming at the problem that the offset of the coupling mechanism easily leads to low transmission efficiency and large output voltage fluctuation in the magnetic coupling wireless power transmission system, a new magnetic coupling mechanism for underwater autonomous vehicle wireless power transmission is proposed, which can achieve anti-offset within the allowable range. To address the issue of unstable energy transmission caused by dynamic load changes, a radio power constant voltage transmission method without communication based on active disturbance rejection control is proposed. The transmitting end is designed as a parallel DD coil array, which can generate magnetic fields in the vertical and horizontal directions to resist the offset of the autonomous vehicle caused by waves during the charging process. The receiving end adopts a compact orthogonal structure design and is installed on the top of the vehicle, facilitating efficient wireless charging. The system aims to achieve free positioning and all-round charging, enabling the autonomous vehicle to charge without precise alignment, thereby improving the practicality and robustness of the system.
