Identification and Classification of Cancer Tumour using Neural Networks
Neural networks are a sophisticated method of processing large amounts of transcriptomic and genomic data in order to identify cancer cells. In order to find tumor-associated mutations that cause cancer, neural networks—a type of machine learning models—can uncover patterns and relationships in biological data. Nowadays, the detection of cancer tumors is a significant and complex procedure in the medical field. The ability of neural networks to analyze intricate patterns in huge genomic and clinical datasets makes them worthwhile for research on cancer tumors. models that are highly accurate in classifying tasks. Many tumor-related and molecular factors that are difficult to fully understand using traditional techniques are present in cancer circumstances. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs), in particular, are deep learning models that can identify intricate patterns in data and build hierarchical representations. Using Python-based detection methods, the proposed study uses a CNN to identify cancerous tumors. The main goal is to provide a user-friendly interface for deep learning models used in malignant tumor detection. The technique is built on CNNs, which are frequently used to detect malignant tumors in image processing and computer vision. Initially, the proposed application gathers RNA-Seq data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). A CNN model is then built using training data after the information has been preprocessed. CNN models, whose classification accuracy is high, are then used to categorize the test data.
