Enhancing User-Centric Excellence Through Quantitative Rating Analysis of Student Club Activities User Experience on Web and iOS Applications
This research looks at the improvement of the quality of student club activities from a user perspective by assessing the rating of web & iOS apps quantitatively. The primary basis for the assessment is the accuracy of the ratings obtained from the two sites. We used G*Power software to determine N=12, yielding 80% statistical power for the study to compare two applications, one web-based and the other iOS-based. The results also show that there is a statistical difference between the response rates on the web application and the iOS system. The web application is 21.00 ms accurate, while the iOS application is 27.33 ms accurate (t (301) = 3.415, p = 0.003, p < 0.05). This means the web application is faster than the iOS in terms of speed and efficiency in its areas of operation. Therefore, the results highlight the necessity of applying platform-specific performance optimizations and deliver valuable suggestions for the improvement of web and iOS applications. By focusing on performance limitations and utilizing the observed differences, developers can make the right decisions essential to improving user engagement and satisfaction and enhancing the experience required to help student clubs thrive. The study could be extended with a larger sample of platforms and the use of extra factors, which will lead to a deeper assessment of the platforms’ performance and Investigation may also be conducted with improved control of choosing a larger group and typical measures connected to the platforms’ effectiveness and users’ preferences.
