Enhanced Analyzing of Sentiments in Social Media Posts for Stress Detection

The sentiment and level of stress in user-generated material are now vital to evaluating public psychological trends due to the quick growth of social media interactions. Through the use in Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis in conjunction using VADER and T5 machine learning models, this study aims to produce an efficient system for stress level recognition. By recognizing certain characteristics like job, wellness, and personal issues, an enhanced classification of stress-related attitudes is made possible, in contrast to standard sentiment analysis, which frequently struggles with contextual nuances. This research aims to detect and evaluate stress levels by analyzing huge data sets of social networks comments. With an emphasis on determining stress levels through language structures, environmental meanings, and sentiment strength, negative remarks are extracted and examined. During classification, the system uses pre-established behavioral and verbal signals to calculate a stress score. To give users a collaborative environment for examining stress-related feelings in social networking posts, an online interface has been developed. Those of this site can dynamically follow emotional patterns, evaluate comments in real time, and search for specific phrases. In real time stress monitoring is incorporated into the project, enabling researchers, organizations, and mental health experts to identify distress tendencies as they appear. Early psychological awareness and intervention initiatives are assisted by this system's flexible and modular approach to stress analysis.
