A Blockchain Consortium Model to Support Global Career Management Employee
The purpose of this research is to build a blockchain consortium model for career management for employees in global companies. Global companies, with branches across multiple countries, rely on employees with diverse qualifications from various countries. Companies usually assess these employees' qualifications based on their education, experience, and expertise certificates. A blockchain consortium is a type of blockchain network operated by a group of organizations that work together to achieve common goals. Therefore, the proposed blockchain consortium will integrate global companies, certification training institutions, and universities into a blockchain network. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature review and software prototypes with Hyperledger fabrics. A proposed model and software prototype built with Hyperledger show that using consortium blockchain technology to help manage employee careers can make information more clear for universities, global companies, certification training institutions, and employees.
