Solving Noospheric Legal Problems in the Ordological Sphere: Synergy of Narratives and Imperatives in the Material Legal Order (Part 2)
In modern legal discourse, an innovative gestalt of noospheric law is being formed, which allows us to rethink the interaction of spiritual and material principles of legal order. This approach opens up new opportunities for solving legal problems in the ordological sphere. Legal thought is increasingly turning to the noospheric dimension of law, which considers the harmony between the spiritual and the material, the moral and the legal. In the context of globalization challenges and the crisis of traditional legal systems, the need to understand the synergy of legal narratives and imperatives in real life is growing. The research includes ontological analysis, ordology methodology, synergistic approach to the interaction of law and spirituality, as well as comparative analysis of legal systems. Thus, this work lays the foundations of a new legal thinking that allows integrating natural and supernatural dimensions of law, ensuring a balance between normative imperatives and legal narratives in the global noospheric space. The object of the research is noospheric law as a tool for legal harmonization in the material world, combining natural and supernatural principles of legal reality. The subject of the research is the interaction of narratives and imperatives in the formation of the noospheric legal order, as well as their impact on the practical life of a person in the material world. Scientific novelty: 1. For the first time, a systematic analysis of the synergy of narratives and imperatives in noospheric law as a legal methodology has been carried out. 2. The specificity of the ordological approach to the harmonization of legal ideas in a natural-supernatural context has been identified. 3. A new approach to solving legal problems is substantiated through the integration of attitudinal-expectational, theoretical-declarative and ubiquitous-continuous narratives with internal and external imperatives. 4. The concept of the ontological order in noospheric law is proposed as a mechanism for balancing the material and spiritual dimensions of legal reality. Keywords: ordological sphere, innovative gestalt, noospheric law, ordology methodology, narrative synergy.
