The research deals with the perception of the state as a violator of the rights of the disappeared person and their relatives through (re)disappearance caused by state interference with information. With the aim of analyzing how the phenomenon of administrative disappearance places the state as a violator of rights with regard to the disappearance of people and their search and location procedures by state bodies, the specific objectives are: to define the modalities of disappearance of people; and to study the phenomenon of administrative disappearance as both a cause and a consequence of violations of the rights of the disappeared person and their family by the state. The research problem is: in what way does the phenomenon of administrative disappearance place the state as a violator of rights with regard to the disappearance of people and its search and location procedures by state bodies? The methodology used consists of a deductive approach, a monographic method with bibliographic and documentary research techniques.
