Multifunctional grid-connected inverters business model planning and construction
This paper deeply explores the potential subjects that multifunctional grid-connected inverters (MGCI) in Shenzhen can participate in power quality management, and analyzes its characteristic elements. Then, the paper puts forward three stages of the power quality management business model development and the corresponding operation mode of each stage. In the early stage, the single-product with multi-subject independent governance is the main development to joint governance. In the middle and late stage, multi-product alternating support and multi-subject joint are considered. The benefits of MGCI in different operating modes are demonstrated and analyzed by numerical examples. The utilization rate of MGCI participating in power quality management is further improved through various ways, and the auxiliary service market rules are perfected.
