Design and Implementation of MPC Optimization Algorithm Based on CLLC Structure
At present, the CLLC resonant converter is increasingly widely used, with significant advantages in soft -switching technology, power density, and electromagnetic compatibility. However, in actual operation, issues such as excessive resonant current during startup, a narrow gain range, and difficulties in precisely controlling the output voltage limit its further development. Existing traditional control methods are difficult to effectively solve these problems, and this research is carried out based on this background. This study proposes an optimized control algorithm based on the CLLC resonant converter to enhance output stability and system efficiency. Initially, the structural characteristics of the CLLC resonant converter are analyzed, and its mathematical model is established. Through dynamic adjustments of switching frequency and gain control, high-precision regulation of output voltage, resonant current, and system efficiency is achieved. Comparative simulations between the proposed algorithm and conventional PI control demonstrate that the proposed method stabilizes the output voltage more rapidly, smoothens resonant current waveforms, and significantly improves system efficiency to over 95%. This approach offers a novel solution for efficient CLLC resonant converter control.
