Design of Electrical Control Circuit System for Smart Wheelchair Bed Based on Relay

Today, China has entered an aging society, and the issue of elderly care has become increasingly prominent. This article aims to realize the electrical control circuit design of a smart wheelchair bed based on relays, enabling the wheelchair bed to achieve single-sided lifting and double-sided simultaneous lifting. Through logical analysis, model construction, and practical verification, the initial design, circuit diagram drawing, installation, and debugging of the relay circuit were carried out. It was found that there was a short circuit fault in the circuit, and the reasons for the short circuit fault were analyzed. It was found that the original design circuit had a problem of coil duplication. Therefore, the circuit structure was changed and an external relay was added to expand its external contacts. The H-bridge circuit was used to achieve forward and reverse control of the DC motor. Two sets of independent contacts of the external relay were used to control the coils of the bilateral circuit relays, so that when the remote control “ 5 “ and “ 6 “ were pressed, the coils of the forward and reverse control relays on both sides were respectively connected, Avoiding the occurrence of short circuit faults and ultimately achieving the design goal.
