Evaluation of electroostatic hydraulic actustatus based on fuzzy hierarchy analysis
With the widespread application of EHA (Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator) technology, the research on the durability of its key components has become increasingly important. Given the high integration of the EHA system and its characteristics of often operating under heavy loads and in complex environments, this study employs the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to evaluate the durability status of the core components in the EHA, including but not limited to controller components, power module components, and feedback device components with similar functions. By constructing a targeted durability index system and collecting actual operation data for in-depth analysis, the results show that this method can effectively reflect the durability characteristics of the key components of the EHA in complex operating environments, providing a scientific decision-making basis for the equipment's inspection and maintenance strategies.
