Research on high-precision 3D reconstruction method of UAV environment based on NeRF
This project aims at high-precision 3D environment reconstruction of UAVs, introduces NeRF technology to innovate methods, explores its actual application effect in complex environments, uses UAVs as platforms to carry high-precision sensors for data collection, and implements 3D reconstruction operations on complex scenes such as urban buildings based on NeRF models. The data preprocessing and image acquisition methods are upgraded to achieve excellent quality of data input, and volume rendering technology is used to achieve high-precision scene reconstruction. The research results show that the improved NeRF model performs well in accuracy, performance and robustness, and maintains a high level of reconstruction quality in the face of dim light, complex terrain and noise interference. The RMSE error is reduced from 0.023 meters to 0.017 meters, and the time required for reconstruction and the screen refresh rate are significantly improved. The model shows good adaptability and anti-interference performance in practical applications. The application prospects of UAV 3D reconstruction technology realized by NeRF technology are promising.
