Structural Stress Health Monitoring of Jacket Platforms Based on Digital Twin Technology
To address the structural stress monitoring needs of offshore jacket platforms in complex environments, this paper proposes a monitoring method based on digital twin technology. By constructing a bidirectional mapping between the physical entity and the virtual model, and integrating finite element analysis with real-time data driving, accurate simulation and health assessment of structural stress are achieved. The dynamic equations and fatigue damage models of jacket platforms are established, and mathematical formulas for stress calculation and remaining life prediction are derived. The effectiveness of the method is verified through an engineering case of a 3,000 -ton jacket platform. The results show that the stress monitoring error of the system is less than 5%, and the fatigue remaining life prediction accuracy reaches 90%, providing a scientific basis for the safe operation and maintenance of platforms.
