Design of functional set-membership observers for large-scale systems with partial measurements
In this paper, the set-membership observers are designed for the large-scale nonlinear systems with partial measurements. First, the weighted try-once-discard (WTOD) protocol is introduced to reduce the communication burden. Second, the local set-membership observer is designed to achieve iterative computation accounting for unknown but bounded noises. Third, the fusion observer is designed based on the matrix weighting method to improve estimation accuracy. Finally, the numerical simulations are conducted to validate the theoretical results.
