Secured Information Hiding principle for Concealing 448-Bit Key of Blow-Fish Algorithm on Digital Images using Chess game based Queen placement strategy
Transmission of secure data through the communication lines would be difficult. Transmission of secret content in a secured channel through cryptographic methods between participants of the communication partners is a challenging chore in content transmission. For this, respective steganographic and cryptographic schemes have been put forth. The 448-bit key of Blow-Fish algorithm is securely transmitted between channel participants by being embedded in a grayscale image in the study work's innovative steganographic technique. For the key embedding procedure, pixel placements are determined using the well-known Queens placement strategy of chess game on an 8 x 8 block. The implemented embedding method demonstrates successful unauthorized data prevention because secret data retrieval requires the precise key. Observational results of the metrics show that the proposed plan would result in attaining guaranteed secret content hiding across the network. Visual examination of the stego-images matched exactly with their original cover images which demonstrated the secret content was embedded without any visual alteration.
