Fully automated monitoring system for physico-chemical data of construction waste slurry

The treatment and reuse of construction waste slurry is an important issue in engineering construction and environmental protection. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring the physical and chemical data of construction waste slurry, this paper proposes and designs a solution based on a fully automatic monitoring system. By integrating high-precision sensors, data acquisition and transmission modules, and data filtering algorithms, the system realizes fully automatic monitoring of physical and chemical parameters of slurry. It was found that the system showed good stability and accuracy in laboratory tests, and significantly improved the optimization of the slurry treatment process in real engineering applications. Compared with the traditional manual monitoring method, the system has higher efficiency and lower error rate, which provides strong technical support for the scientific management and resource utilization of construction waste slurry.
