Study on Regulation Methods of Dielectric Properties of Composite Insulating Paper
This paper will discuss the research status of insulating paper containing additives, focusing on the doping modification of nano-alumina clusters and cellulose models to improve the comprehensive electrical properties of composite insulating paper. Then, the composite insulation paper models with different additives were compared and analyzed horizontally, so as to study the physical and chemical properties of composite insulation paper under different control modes. The results show that the shear modulus of the composite insulating paper with nano-silica clusters is larger, but the toughness (characterized by K/G, that is, the ratio of bulk modulus to shear modulus) is smaller. It is concluded that the composite insulation paper model with nano-alumina clusters as additives has higher cohesive energy density, higher hardness, melting point and boiling point, more stable chemical properties and thermal stability, and stronger corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The dielectric constant of the composite insulation paper model with nano-alumina clusters with radius of 2.5 Ami, 3 Ami, and 3.5 Ami is reduced to 3.937, 5.409, and 5.304, respectively. When the radius of nano-silica clusters is 4 Ami and 6 Ami, the dielectric constants are 3.651 and 2.916, respectively. Silica improves the dielectric properties better.
